How Japanese Women Live Longer and Avoid Getting Fat

Japanese women have the worlds lowest obesity rate (3% vs American women’s whopping 34%). Japanese women also have a longer life expectancy. What isn’t mentioned is the percentage of American women managing illness later in life vs Japanese women. I’d wager there is another HUGE disparity. The Japanese diet fits right in line with our motto “More happiness, longer.”

Consider adding some of these principles to your life, and remember “Hara Hachi Bu.”
