Terry Crews is one of the more recognizable big boys in Hollywood. The former NFL player has been in scores of productions from television to film including Training Day, The Expendables, Everybody Hates Chris, and currently Ice Cube’s Are We There Yet?

Despite his jovial attitude Terry obviously knows how to kick up the intensity in the gym when the time comes. If YOU get to the point where you’re looking to achieve some major results here’s a quick workout that will give you something to shoot for.

If you ever run into a trainer like this in the gym is suggest you do a 180 and skid-addle.
