If you have been keeping up with my blog you know I have been making significant changes in my lifestyle all toward living a more sustainable healthy life.
One of the great surprises is the enjoyment I am getting from cooking more regularly, experimenting with flavors, trying new recipes and adapting them as my own. Here I am preparing one of my new favorite snacks, sauteed chickpeas (canned organic) with cinnamon.
