If you have been keeping up with my blog you know I have been making significant changes in my lifestyle all toward living a more sustainable healthy life.

One of the great surprises is the enjoyment I am getting from cooking more regularly, experimenting with flavors, trying new recipes and adapting them as my own. Here I am preparing one of my new favorite snacks, sauteed chickpeas (canned organic) with cinnamon.

The recipe can be found here on the site. One change you may like is to sprinkle a little extra ground cinnamon in the pan while browning the chickpeas. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the dish, and see your videos and photos!

  1. I purchased an HP Pavillion in 2004 and the battery failed within 12 months. HP was very responsive and replaced it within a week without cost. I had no other problems. The next laptop I purchased was a Sony in 2008. I have had no problems with it. My priority is reliability and not the bells and whistles. The problem is in times of rapid product change manufacturers cannot devote the same attention to quality control. It is up to consumers to send a clear message as to what their real priorities are.
