Wrapping up our DC Meditation and Yoga Weekend

Being able to teach yoga and meditation in Washington, D.C. to my fellow HBCU alum was a dream come true for me.

Light Watkins is one of a handful of expertly-trained independent Vedic Meditation teachers in the world.
