Today’s Motivation: How Bad Do You Want to Succeed?
How BAD to YOU want to succeed at your goals?
I’ve heard it said that our results are a reflection of what we love. We may love smoking more than we love the thought of loving long with our loved ones. We may love the social side of bar hopping more than exercise. Now I know these examples may be extreme, but think about your core life/health values? Are your daily or weekly actions backing those up?
For example, if the goal is to drop 20 pounds BY Thanksgiving (because EVERY goal must have a date attached) then what will you do this week to ensure that happens? It CAN be done, but only you can do it. So ask yourself, “How bad do I want it?”
