Snacks After Dark
Night has fallen and the cookies have started dancing in the kitchen….all I can think about is SNACKS! Not spinach, not lettuce, beans or protein shakes! So I decided to google “snacks after dark, snacks after dinner, etc. etc. etc…” NOTHING. So I made up my own advice and it worked.
From 6pm to 10pm I downed 4 to 5 bottles of 16oz water bottles and it worked like a charm. I set a goal to drink no less than 4 bottles before I went to bed and I spent so much time working on finishing each bottle that I had no time at all to think about food or snacks.
Trust me your belly looks much better in the morning after downing 4 bottles of water rather than spending 4 hours snacking the night before!
