Spreading the Joy. Doing the Day’s Upper Body Workout with a Friend

When good friends visit the office we only know how to do ONE THING… Share the LOVE!!!
My good friend and former college roomie, Lavell Flamon, came all the way from Denver for a visit, so OF COURSE I ran him to the gym. It’s just what we DO!

So here is the workout we did. Upper body and of course as much core work as we can get in.

[3-point dumbbell row w symmetrical stance x 15 reps + Farmer’s Carry x 45 sec/side] 4 rounds
[Dumbbell Bench press x 15 reps + Side Plank x 45 sec/side] 4 rounds
[Half kneeling cable rows x 15 reps + Lateral crawl x 15 steps/side] 2 rounds

Remember ONLY 60 seconds rest between sets! Gotta earn the goodies you eat afterward!
