[Great Video] “Back to the Start” Willie Nelson Sings a Coldplay Classic for Sustainable Farming

We’re loving the message of this video made to promote sustainable farming. Wouldn’t it be great if it was taken a step further and the farmer’s products were used to support and sustain the surrounding community?

Take note for your household. Look up Community Supported Agriculture in your area and change the way food arrives at YOUR table. Why should you? Here are BIG reasons:

• The food will experience less refrigeration and spend more time maturing on the vine meaning it’s just better for you.
• Because it has to travel a whole lot less it will COST LESS. Translation: More money stays in your wallet.

Coldplay‘s haunting classic ‘The Scientist‘ is performed by country music legend Willie Nelson for the soundtrack of the short film entitled, “Back to the Start.”

The film, by film-maker Johnny Kelly, depicts the life of a farmer as he slowly turns his family farm into an industrial animal factory before seeing the errors of his ways and opting for a more sustainable future. Both the film and the soundtrack were commissioned by Chipotle to emphasize the importance of developing a sustainable food system.
