Coach Be x Rutgers Women’s Soccer: Nutrition for Athletic Performance
I’m officially doing the Coach Be happy dance.
This week the Rutgers University Women’s Soccer team returned to the field preparing for pre-season workouts and more. Aside from getting their swag bags and team photos guess what else was on the schedule? Nutrition consultation with yours truly!
Athletes demand more of their bodies than regular people, and if they want their bodies to comply and remain competitive they have to give it what it needs.
So the Rutgers ladies in my estimation will be extremely well prepared for the rigors of their training and their season this year if for no other reason than the fact that they have to hear me go on about habits, and quality of calories, performance hydration, and PNG… wait what’s PNG?
