How to Pick the Right Weight During Your Workouts

Among them one of the prevalent questions is “I’m not progressing fast enough. I think I’m working hard enough, but how do I know. How do I know what weight I should be using?”

Well, if there’s any ambiguity and there is a possibility that you aren’t working hard enough, then you AREN’T. The goal is to change your body, causing it to adapt to new conditions. So if you’re working out in the context of the “old you” that’s not going to work. It’s time to expand your context and that mean finding our limits and pushing past them.

Here’s a quick guide on how to choose the weights you use for each exercise, and make sure you’re not working in vein.
